Steps to Apply for Student Housing

1. Review the various student housing options (below).
2. Consider what kind of experience you want.
3. Take a tour on campus or virtually. 
4. Choose the hall you want to apply for. 
5. Based on your selection, register for housing on the corresponding website:
   • Register for UNM Housing
   • Apply for Casas del Rio
   • Apply for an exception to live off-campus in satellite housing at Lobo Village, if eligible.

Admitted students may register for UNM Housing by visiting the housing dashboard, please make sure to complete and submit the License Agreement as soon as possible.

American Campus Communities (ACC)

Move-in information will be sent directly to Casas del Rio and Lobo Village residents via email. As we get closer to the Fall semester, be sure to frequently check the email account you provided when you signed your lease for move-in options and information.
