UNM Bookstores

Your UNM Bursar's Account can be used for any in-store or online purchase at the UNM Bookstores, including to purchase the course materials and technology you need for class. Student Bursar's Accounts are available as follows:

Summer: May 10 - July 9. 

• UNM students enrolled in at least 3 credit hours for the Summer semester, and who are in good standing with the Bursar's Office, have a credit limit of up to $500 for the Summer semesterr.  

Fall: July 10 - Dec. 9. 

• UNM students enrolled in at least 6 credit hours for the Fall semester, and who are in good standing with the Bursar's Office, have a credit limit of up to $1000 for the Fall semester.

Spring: Dec. 10 - May 9. 

• UNM students enrolled in at least 6 credit hours for the Spring semester, and who are in good standing with the Bursar's Office, have a credit limit of up to $1000 for the Spring semester.

COVID-19 Shuttle Rider Guide - To continue UNM's commitment to safety for all, UNM Parking & Transportation Services (PATS) has implemented COVID-19 safety guidelines and requirements for customers using the shuttle bus system.

Due to COVID-19, to visit our business office you must make an appointment ahead of time. Please call us at 505- 277-1938 to schedule your appointment. 

LoboCard Office

The LoboCard Office is located on the lower level, in the north end of the Student Union Building (SUB), room 1067.

Hours of Operation:

• In-person walk-in hours: M-F, 8 A.M. – 5 P.M.
